Job Description:

Good opportunity for a candidate that is newly educated in the area of accounting and leans towards SQL reporting or running queries.Job Duties--- Use Oracle ERP System / Famous Software and associated applications--- Process invoices (includes wires) for payment according to department's procedures and audit guidelines--- Work with internal and external contacts to resolve issues--- Monitor vendor billing trends for variation, deviations, opportunities for area of responsibility--- Uses database reporting tool(s) to gather, compile, analyze, and review information.--- Creates & maintains reports for management--- Participates in system or process improvement projects as needed--- Works to build, implement and support best practices among the team.--- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.--- Assists with Special Projects.--- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.Qualifications--- Bachelors' degree in a business or related field preferred--- Ability to perform in a fast paced, high volume environment--- Famous Software Experience--- Ability to meet deadlinesDesired Qualifications--- 2-5 years' work experience; Accounting Analyzation Role--- Oracle Version 12.1.3 software experience.--- Understand Electronic invoice and Workflow ProcessSend resume ASAP to Elizabeth at for immediate consideration!AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
