About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Agribusiness Senior Lead Commercial Relationship Manager in the Middle Market Division ($50-$500MM) as part of the Commercial Banking Group. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the top commercial banking agricultural lenders in the U.S. for 25 consecutive years. We're searching for an experienced Relationship Manager with Agribusiness expertise to grow the portfolio through prospecting new business as well as providing resources to customers to enhance their business.   • Develop and manage complex portfolio of commercial banking account relationships
  • Ensure overall growth opportunities for customers and understand their business, goals and strategies
  • Participate in the completion of major transactions
  • Originate, structure and execute transactions related to investment banking, commercial lending, treasury management and other credit related products
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Provide coaching and mentoring in the development of less experienced relationship managers
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives Required Qualifications:
    • 7+ years of Commercial Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
      • Strong understanding of Agribusiness finance and the California agricultural complex
      • Agricultural relationship management experience
      • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of agribusiness commercial lending, loan servicing, products, and credit practices
      • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of negotiating: interest rates, price, terms, and collateral requirements
      • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of risk management
      • Experience consistently delivering strong sales performance
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Strong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills Job Expectations:
