  • Prepare federal and state income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, LLC's, non-grantor trusts and individuals
  • Ensure compliance with international reporting requirements for foreign transactions
  • Research complex tax strategies
  • Resolve routine to complex accounting and tax problems
  • Communicate directly with taxing authority representatives
  • Interact with senior managementDesired Skills And Experience
    • Bachelor's degree/ CPA a plus
    • Minimum 5 years' experience as a tax professional working in a robust environment
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency with tax software
