Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and develop accounting staff, administrative and compliance
duties, and ensure protocol is followed
Implement and enforce best practices to maximize the company's
financial health
Manage month-end closing process, internal controls, invoicing,
collections, cash flows, audits, and financial statements
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in general accounting
5+ years of experience in a senior position
Experience leading the accounting function in a BPO environment
Thorough understanding of current compliance regulations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting-related field
