Job Description:

Great organization - second generation ran - A Kern County local company seeks an experienced bookkeeper to join their proactive, challenging, and profitable company. This is position offers full time working hours and full benefits including family. If you have an eye for detail, have the ability to multi task, and have clear communication skills you will be successful in this stable organization. Will be responsible for:

* Processing payables and receivables,

* Data entry of payroll,

* Analyzing financial reports and working side by side with CPA firm,

* Census filing,

*Journal entries,

*Addition duties within the HR area of new hire paperwork, benefits, check garnishing, etc.

Ideal candidate will have strong QuickBook skills and will be knowledgeable in accounting principles and Microsoft Excel, and MUST have financial analysis experience. You must have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience and a degree in accounting or a related field is strongly preferred.
