Compensation and Equity Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compensation & Equity Analyst to support initiatives in equity and compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze salary and incentive data to identify trends and make recommendations
Administer employee bonus plans and equity-based compensation programs
Process stock option grants, exercises, and forfeitures through Etrade stock management platform

Required Qualifications:

2-4 years of analytical experience in budget/spend efficiency
Advanced Excel skills required
1-2 years of experience with equity administration
1-2 years of experience with E*trade
Experience working with confidential data
