Job Description

Provide administrative assistance and support to the Inside Sales division.

  • Utilizing Excel, update line sheets with new styles, photos, availability & remove discontinued styles.
  • Audit orders for dept daily. Send follow up emails to credit dept & emails then notify Inside Sales rep of any issues.
  • Maintain core matrix styles and guidelines given to us from Sales Team.
  • Maintain Promotion and Margin Enhancers memos. Creating line sheets with promo codes, due dates and shipping windows.
  • Create a dept calendar. Scheduling days for EB blasters to be sent out by team.
  • File and maintain dept call list.
  • Handle any incoming faxes.
  • Assist with entering orders when needed.
  • Use information given by Inside Sales Team and Top 24 styles, create a Top 5 style report for dept. Schedule meeting for dept to review.
  • Monthly review New Account Application list provided by Sales Dept and assign to Inside Sales Rep.
  • Order supplies for dept.
  • Send out color copies of line sheets to account as needed.
  • Attend all applicable buy meetings and conferences.
    Job Requirements
    • Proficient in Excel.
    • Team player attitude.
    • Detail oriented. Noting many details of shoe descriptions, materials & costs.
    • Follows procedures.
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Ability to work at a fast pace.
    • Excellent follow-up.
    • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
      Education and Experience
      • One to three years footwear experience, preferably in product and administration related positions.
      • High School, or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
      • Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
      • Microsoft Office Proficiency.
