Local Bakersfield Agricultural Company is seeking experienced
Customer Service Professional to represent their products and
services, along with providing excellent clerical support.
Responsibilities will include:
* Answering phones and consulting on products and addressing
* Entering purchase orders, process returns and repairs.
* Generate credit memos and invoices.
Skills Required: Must be bilingual in Spanish, able to use
Microsoft office programs including above average skills with
Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must be able to type at least 40 WPM.
Must be familiar with alpha numeric data entry- a skills test will
be provided. Must have excellent verbal/written communication
skills. Must have 2-5 years experience in customer service or
clerical related field. Company offers full benefits, 401K match
