Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school in Ridgecrest,
CA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to provide comprehensive behavioral support across the district for
the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite contract position
offers the opportunity to manage a caseload of 30 students, while
supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and implementing
effective behavior intervention plans to support positive student
outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior
assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
for students with diverse needs. Collaborate with educators,
families, and interdisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral
strategies within the educational environment. Monitor and
supervise RBTs, providing ongoing training and support. Collect,
analyze, and report data to guide decision-making and measure
student progress. Participate in Individualized Education Program
(IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development. Preferred
Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
Experience working in a K-12 educational setting with a diverse
student population. Proven ability to manage a large caseload and
effectively supervise behavior technicians. Strong communication
and collaboration skills. Knowledge of applicable laws and best
practices related to special education and behavior analysis.

May 28, 2027 Work Hours: 40 hours per week Onsite Position This
