Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy
Assistant (COTA) position is available at a school located in
Visalia, CA, for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role
offers an opportunity to work directly with students on site,
supporting a caseload covering kindergarten through 12th grade. Key
Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to students
from K-12 in a school setting. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans based on student needs. Collaborate with educators,
parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
Monitor and document student outcomes and maintain accurate
records. Participate in team meetings and contribute to
multi-disciplinary student support strategies.
Qualifications/Experience: Valid license or certification as an OT
or COTA. Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
Ability to deliver therapy services on site at the school. Strong
communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of school-based
therapy standards and guidelines. Position Details: Location:
Visalia, CA Schedule: Part-time, 2 days per week. Contract
Duration: August 2026 through June 2027. Caseload: K-12 students.
