Lead Data Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to optimize business processes through data analysis and engineering.
Key Responsibilities:

Designing solutions and guiding a team of engineers to deliver accurate, consistent, reliable, and sustainable data solutions
Influencing data engineering processes to ensure highly accurate and trusted data assets for the organization
Driving investments in data-driven solutions focused on optimizing business outcomes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field and 7+ years of experience (or equivalent combinations of education and experience)
7+ years of experience building data integration solutions using tools like Qlik, Databricks, Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, etc
Strong experience building data warehouse and/or data lake solutions
3+ years functioning as a technical lead, working closely with developers and data analysts
Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases
