Aimes Homes, Inc. is looking for an experienced Administrator.Minimum Qualifications for Administrator:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED);
  • Possess valid California Drivers License, Valid insurance coverage;
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak clearly and concisely;
  • 1 Year previous caring for persons with disability
  • Ability to document and follow instructions of client care
  • Current CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Vehicle in good working condition at disposal during work shifts;
  • * Pass a background check, fingerprints and a criminal records check;
  • * Evidence of a TB test (negative) within the last year;
  • * Pass random drug screening.
  • Administrators will have successfully completed their DSP training and posses a valid Administrators certificate through the Department of Social Services.* Provided by employer upon acceptance of conditional employment offer.In compliance with federal regulation, AIMES Homes adheres to a strict zero- tolerance policy for alcohol and marijuana.General Duties and Responsibilities
    • Supervise and manage all aspects of the facility.
    • Ultimately responsible for health and safety of consumers.
    • Responsible for all administrative and budgetary functions in running the facility.
    • Responsible for hiring, training and disciplinary actions and terminations for all staff.
    • Establish and monitor work performance, service evaluation criteria and reporting procedures as part of the quality improvement process. Follow through and implement corrective action.
    • Conduct staff meetings, consumer staffing, and coordinating sessions with other services.
    • Develop plans and procedures defining lines of responsibility, work loads, and staff supervision,
    • Will implement and manage the service according to program plan.
    • Will manage consumer's records and monitor their progress.
    • Maintain all staff personnel records as required.
    • Assess program effectiveness at achieving consumer's goals.
    • Maintain adequate supplies, materials, food, and emergency equipment to meet consumer's needs.
    • Ensure implementation of consumer's rights and needs as identified in their care plan.
    • Coordinate plans and flow of information between home, work, and day program.
    • Coordinate plans and flow of information between home and families/conservators.
    • Maintain the physical property in a safe, clean and attractive condition.
    • The Administrator shall be on the premises the number of hours necessary to assure compliance with applicable law and regulations.
