Position Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading the branch in
sales, execution, and financial results for PRSI. This role is
responsible for the oversight of operations, administrative
functions, safety of branch employees and productivity of office
staff and field crews. Additionally, it is also responsible to
ensure the Branch's profitability by forecasting and managing the
budget, identifying market trends, ensuring quality control, and
building and maintaining client and business opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
Being instrumental as a preferred contractor for all industry
specific clients/customers by growing those relationships and
hiring and maintaining a team of professionals who can fulfill the
needs of our customers
Creates and oversees the sales strategy for the market and seek
opportunities to bid contracts that fulfill that strategy
Manages the overall operation of the branch including hiring,
discipline, and scheduling of employees to ensure cost effective
and quality branch operations
Mentors and leads employees by providing training, coaching,
motivation, and professional development growth
Solicits bid packages and delegates responsibilities for estimating
and bidding to the correct team members
Leads all team members effectively for successful execution of
jobs, timely customer billing, project completion and
client/customer satisfaction
Interfaces with Corporate resources to ensure effective and
efficient execution of business process activities at the branch
level
Communicates with corporate management team regarding branch action
plans and performance
Ensures consistency between departments in the branch relating to
safety, quality, policies/procedures, customer satisfaction,
etc
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the business to
enable effective operating decision-making
Strong sales, marketing, and management skills
Ability to identify key issues and relationships relevant to
achieving long range goals or vision by focusing on reaching and
completing tasks and achieve planned outcome
A track record of business success and responsibility growth

Education and/or Experience
15 years in Construction with a minimum of 2 + years in road
Construction, maintenance, or similar field
7+ years of experience in a construction management role with
private and public works construction projects is required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineer, or
other comparable degree is preferred
High Volume environment
Proficient in Microsoft software such as Word, and Excel
Experience with estimating software and job cost tracking
software
