Job Description:

A company is looking for a Support Service Manager with experience in people management and healthcare cost management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage team performance and ensure quality results
Maintain client and provider relations
Participate in policy and procedure development

Required Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma and 5 years' experience in healthcare or managed care industry
2 years' experience in managing staff involved in negotiations or sales
Knowledge of claim production standards, medical billing procedures, and effective negotiation principles
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Required licensures/professional certifications as applicable
