  A little about this position:
  
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of group bookings for the Catering and Conference Services department for Mammoth Mountain.
  • Responsible for coordinating Internal and External meetings and events.
  • Responsible for site tours, account management, internal group projects, weddings and various market specific bookings.
  • Acts as liaison between client and company wide departments to ensure successful event operations.
  • Must be professsional with excellent leadership skills, guest service, highly organized and creative.
    
    Requirements:
    
    • High school graduate or equivalent experience.
    • College degree in Hospitality, Marketing or Communications is preferred.
    • Minimum of one year of general office experience in a sales office or other customer service environment.
    • One to two years of experience in coordinating activities relating to social and/or business events preferably in a food and beverage and resort setting.
    • Must possess strong verbal, written and computer skills.
    • VisualOne, Delphi, Amadeus Diagramming Software and Sirius software knowledge is preferred.
    • Foundational knowledge of contractual agreements is preferred.
    • Collaborates and effectively communicate with staff from other departments.
    • Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel experience is preferred.
    • Valid California State Driver's License.
