DescriptionJOB TITLE: Revenue Cyle Manager

The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating aspects of the revenue cycle including training, internal auditing, billing, claims production, collections, productivity, performance reporting and new ASC transitions.


  • Supervises a team of 10+ and oversees A/R procedures and policies including the efficiency of flow and processing of customer service and accounts receivable, billing, collections and payment posting.
  • Responsible for data input, update, data integrity, and supervision of A/R reports.
  • Communicates directly with patients/clients, referral sources and insurance agencies, when appropriate, handling any questions or problems that may arise regarding reimbursement.
  • Manages the performance of the duties of the accounts receivable personnel as listed on that job description and monitors billers productivity and collection efforts.
  • Mentors and trains staff and recognizes opportunities for team building.
  • Accountable to identify problems on claim denials and ensure efficient resolution, including implementing and educating lessons learned.
  • Establishes, supports and monitors quality standard goals for team
