Key Responsibilities
Build and develop a high-performing media team while overseeing
career management
Develop and implement multi-tiered media strategies across various
channels and client portfolios
Oversee campaign execution and optimization to meet client
objectives and performance targets
Required Qualifications
8+ years of agency experience in planning and managing
multi-channel media programs
5+ years of experience in mentoring and training junior team
members
3+ years of experience managing large-scale local lead generation
campaigns for brands with over 100 locations
Proven experience running lead generation campaigns across multiple
platforms
In-depth knowledge of marketing automation and technology
stacks
