We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to be a Clinic Director in our established Bakersfield, CA clinic!
Position: Clinic Director, Physical Therapist
Required License: Active--Physical Therapy License in California
Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy
Practice Setting:--Private Outpatient Practice

Company Vision Recruit, Retain, & Reward the Best Employees Provide Cutting Edge Services & Management Expansion and Growth of our People, our Services, our Facilities, and our Company Effective and Efficient Communication and Teamwork -- Clinic Director The Clinic Director is directly accountable for the clinic---s team of staff as well as all aspects of patient care in the facility.-- Further, they support, disseminate and enforce all company policies and programs as they pertain to individual clinic operation. --Treating patients is part of the expectations for this position as a Physical Therapist.--This position requires a full-time (40 hour +) weekly time commitment. Clinic Staff Management -- Responsible for timely submission and management of administrative functions related to management of staff payroll, PTO, new hire/termination procedures, benefits, etc.---- Ensures staff is well trained and administering appropriate care.-- This includes ensuring new hire training is completed, clinical deficits among professional staff are addressed, and appropriate clinical programming protocols are followed and implemented. Maintains fun, professional clinic / staff culture Marketing / Business Development Responsible to coordinate with Business Development Director for clinic marketing Business / Operational measures for clinic Oversees budget, supply/equipment purchases Staff work schedules Management of all front office functions via front office manager --Patient Care Management Implements and follows the three A---s of patient care (Ability, Access, Atmosphere) Responsible for managing patient complaints regarding clinical care and /or billing issues or appropriately referring these complaints to another department. Ensures support and execution of company programs to include but not limited to: Director Track Residency Program PT Students General Administrative Duties & Communication Leads and supports dissemination and enforcement of company policy, systems and updates Responds to communication/requests in a timely manner from administration, other clinic and business development directors, and staff Direct Patient Treatment --- at director---s discretion; however, generally 25-40 hours/week in addition to the above duties Primary Objectives: Development of an employee-oriented clinic culture that emphasizes quality patient care, continuous staff development and a fun, rewarding work environment. Develop a patient-centered clinic culture that emphasizes delivery of a premium service in an upbeat, positive fashion that emphasizes the three A---s listed above. Develop a community presence and give back to the community that supports the clinic. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. Required Education and Experience Bachelor---s degree or higher in Physical Therapy. Must hold active license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California. Six years of related work experience.
