Advanced Travel Nursing is seeking qualified registered nurse applicants for an open MedSurg RN position at a top medical facility in the Bakersfield area. This travel nursing job is a 13 week assignment and comes with excellent benefits and highly competitive pay. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for; assessing and planning the treatment for patients, administering treatments & medications to patients, managing patient records and communicating effectively with colleagues, patients and families. A year or more of experience in the medical surgical setting are required and 2 years in an acute setting overall, and at least an associate's degree is mandatory.In addition, this Medical Surgical RN role requires effective participation in an interdisciplinary medical team and the performance of any relevant MedSurg related activities as needed or assigned.Advanced Travel Nursing is a nationwide staffing company for nurses.
