The successful candidate in this role requires the following:

Current RN license in the state of California

Current CPR/BLS/ACLS certification required

Manager or DON of outpatient surgical facility preferred

BSN required

Experience assessing, trouble shooting and making sound recommendations in stressful situations

Must be have flexibility and thrive in an environment that is constantly changing and will face new challenges head-on.

Excellent communication skills to listen and communicate with patients and teammates

The ultimate multi-tasker, that has great time management skills and can prioritize their responsibilities
