Responsibilities:
Maintain timely patient documentation and e-prescribing through our EHR systemPerform assessments and create personalized treatment plans for patients/clients, using an evidence-based approach, improving patient outcomesRefer patients internally to medication management, psychotherapy, and TMS services, when appropriateParticipate in New-Hire Orientation and Onboarding WeekUse your expertise with optional peer collaboration groups and committees amidst a growing organization The above details are not all inclusive of role duties and/or responsibilities. Qualifications:
Unrestricted license to practice in the state of delivering care with active DEABoard Certified or Board Eligible Medication Management requiredTherapy Management preferredAbility to utilize EHR and technology platforms as applicable within the roleDesired Skills:Ability to provide APP supervision preferred -Mindpath Health is an equal opportunity employer.
