We're so glad you're considering joining our team.At Foresight, our commitment to taking care of our clinicians-and offering exceptional care to our clients-is paramount.Now offering multiple availability options to fit your lifestyle, including a salary pay model for full-time and an hourly part-time option.Full-time clinicians are offered a competitive base salary range of $68000 - $100000 / year. The offered salary is associated with the number of clients seen per week, between 26-35.Additionally, full-time clinicians are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverages, PTO (amount varies based on the availability you select), 401k with match, FSA option, and we are proud to offer an in-house CEU program beginning in January 2023!Part-time clinicians will see an estimated 7-20 clients weekly (based on clinician availability) and are offered an hourly rate of $50.00 per hourWe're here to support you so you can focus on providing high quality care for your clients. As a Foresight clinician:You'll receive your client caseload from us. We partner with multiple major insurance companies to increase access to care and work to match your skills with our client needs.You're autonomous and empowered: you pick your modality, and we give you the tools you need, including:An efficient, robust electronic health record (EHR) that makes documentation quick and easyMessaging tools within our EHR to communicate with clients and colleaguesTraining opportunities and standards of care to support professional developmentYou'll work with a dedicated support team that manages certain administrative tasks (while keeping you empowered), so you can focus on doing what you love. ,Our support team assists with:CredentialingInsurance verificationBilling and reimbursementMarketing and clinician partnershipsIT systems supportThorough EHR trainingIn addition to the above, you'll meet with your Practice Coordinator, ability to schedule monthly 1:1 time with your clinical lead as needed, and the opportunity to attend Town Halls with the Clinical Director and CEOYou'll be able to choose from virtual and hybrid models to best fit your lifestyle.We're focused on higher quality care-and collaboration to help us get there. Our clinical approach includes:An interdisciplinary partnership between therapy and psychiatryCollaboration with other cliniciansAttention to evidence-based outcomesConnection to colleagues with a diverse array of modalities, and broad range of experience, background and understandingDedicated supervision time with your clinical lead for individualized case consultation and professional developmentRegular opportunities for case consultation and clinical trainingAbout the role of Licensed Mental Health Therapist.A minimum availability of 10 hours with clients per week for a part-time position or a minimum availability of 30 hours with clients per week for a full-time position.You can practice individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy.You'll attend any mandatory scheduled group and organization-wide meetings as well as participate in optional meetings and consultation.What we look for in our clinicians.We're looking for individuals with the following CA licensure:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)Licensed Clinical PsychologistYou have an active, independent California license, or a pending license number after successfully passing the licensing exam.You have a related degree, and have completed state-specific degree and coursework requirements.You have not opted out from Medicare.You have access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely.Familiarity with the Google Suite platform is a plus.How our hiring process worksOur hiring process is streamlined to move you through our initial screening and interviews efficiently and respectfully.
