Job Title: Physical TherapistAdventist Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Bakersfield, California.Job Summary:As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to identify areas of improvement and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions using evidence-based techniques and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Supervise and mentor assigned assistants to ensure high-quality care.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy required.
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
  • Two years of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
  • Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required.
