  • CA license
  • 2 years' experience

  • Cerner requiredOther Details:NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERSFloating MedSurg nurses only take MedSurg patients. If floated to MedSurg/Tele they would only be assigned MedSurg patients. They would verify that they were oriented to a unit before floating to that unit.Ratios: 5:1 Both days/nightsTypes of patients: General Med/Surg patients, pneumonia, diabetes, COPD, infections, cellulitis, MRSA, isolation, coli, TURPS, laps, etc...No cardiac drips. Only PO cardiac meds. Assignments are based on acuity levels. No primary cardiac dx on this unitEpic Travel Staffing:
