qualified RNFA RN in Bakersfield, California, 93301! Pay

Registered Nurse First Assistant Profession: RNFA Specialty:
Operating Room Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10
hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Experience in Orthopedics,
Robotics, Neuro, and GYN Description: No first-time travelers.
Common cases include Orthopedics: total knees, hips, and shoulders;
knee and shoulder scopes, total shoulder arthroplasties; Urology:
procedures include cystoscopies, ESWLs, TURPs, penile prosthesis,
orchiectomies, and open prostates; GYN: procedures include
hysterectomies, D&Cs, slings, robotic hysterectomies, GYN
oncology, and salphingooophorectomies; Neurosurgery: procedures
include orthopedic spine cases, brain tumors, craniotomies,
subdural hematomas, transsphenoidal tumors, and VP shunts; Hand
surgery, podiatry, Da Vinci, vascular procedures with a focus on AV
fistulas, thrombectomies, carotid endarterectomies, and
femoral-popliteal bypasses; General surgery: open, laparoscopic,
and robotic approaches; ENT: tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies,
pediatric ENT cases, bariatrics, and eye surgeries. Days and
weekends may include on-call responsibilities. Forced call may
occur if a staff member calls in sick or is on leave and a
volunteer cannot be found to cover the shift. This is a very rare
occurrence. Weekly guaranteed hours are 40 with a mix of 8, 10, or
12-hour shifts based on unit needs. Charting system used is Cerner.
