Responsibilities Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join our team in Bakersfield, California. Practice Highlights: - Bread and butter Urology practice - Join an experienced urologist and a network of skilled urologists, sharing a 1:7 hospital call schedule - Access to the da Vinci robotic surgical system - Emphasis on high-quality care over patient volume - Dedicated medical assistant (MA) team for efficient workflow - Collegial and collaborative work environment - Opportunity to precept medical students and help shape the next generation of physicians Available Resources: - RN triage support during after-hours and weekends - Dedicated marketing representative to help build your patient panel and connect with the community Compensation and Benefits: - Student loan assistance - Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee of $400,000 – $475,000 per year - Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance - Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and CME allowance Qualifications - MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) - A valid and unrestricted California medical license - DEA Certification Overview Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield , a part of CommonSpirit®, is dedicated to delivering daily excellence in health care.
