Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield , a service of Dignity
Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified
or board-eligible ENT Physician to join our team in Bakersfield,
California. If you're eager to practice where collaboration meets

you! Practice Highlights : Join an experienced ENT in a
collaborative, supportive group setting Full-scope practice,
including outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center, and
hospital consults Focus primarily on adult cases, with occasional
pediatric cases Emphasis on high-quality care rather than patient
volume Dedicated MA team to streamline workflow and enhance patient

Triage during after hours and weekends Marketing representative to

Benefits: Salary: $475,000-$500,000 per year Excellent earning
potential with a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus

candidates Job Requirements MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or
Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology (ABMS or AOA) A valid and
