Arroyo Grande Community Hospital is seeking multiple Locum Tenens Anesthesiologists to join their supportive and collegial team in California s beautiful Central Coast. This role includes hospital and ASC coverage with a strong culture of collaboration among surgeons and staff. Practice Details Location: Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, 345 S Halcyon Rd, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420 (with sister site CSI ASC) Beds: 67 Operating Rooms: 3 (plus 1 surgery center, 3 total anesthetizing locations) Annual Case Volume: 1,800 OR, 250 GI Case Mix: Bread & butter, orthopedics with UGRA, endoscopy; no peds, no cardiac Charting/EMR: Cerner Support: Independent CRNAs (no supervision model) Schedule & Call Daily Hours: 8 10 hour shifts Weekday Call Ratio: 1:4 Weekend Call Ratio: 1:4 Candidate Requirements Board Certification in Anesthesiology Active California medical license (or in process) Current ACLS required Must be comfortable with full anesthesia care (100% physician-provided; no medical direction of CRNAs) Highlights Work in a scenic California community with a welcoming culture Low-acuity hospital call with excellent work-life balance Collaborative environment with supportive surgeons and OR staff
