Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in Bakersfield, CA,
serving the school-age population within a school setting. This
role focuses on providing comprehensive assessments and delivering
in-person OT services tailored to the developmental needs of
children in educational environments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
thorough assessments to identify students' occupational therapy
needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Deliver hands-on therapy sessions in the school setting to support
student progress. Collaborate with educators and support staff to
integrate therapy goals within the classroom. Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory
standards. Qualifications: Valid California Occupational Therapist
(OT) license is required. Experience working with school-age
children is highly preferred. Strong assessment and intervention
skills within a school environment. Excellent communication and
teamwork abilities. Ability to travel and adapt to changing
