with expertise in Operating Room nursing to provide high-quality
care in a fast-paced acute care setting. Under clinical leadership
supervision, you will independently plan, implement, and evaluate
nursing care tailored to the needs of acutely ill patients,
ensuring adherence to professional and regulatory nursing
standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient
assessments and document data using established protocols. Develop,
implement, and revise individualized nursing care plans in
collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary
healthcare team. Prioritize critical nursing actions based on
patient assessment findings, addressing rapidly changing clinical
situations with appropriate interventions. Coordinate and deliver
safe nursing and medical care while adhering to infection control
policies, medication administration guidelines, and professional
scope of practice. Engage in clinical governance activities,
professional development, and mandatory education to maintain
current nursing competencies. Foster compassionate relationships
with patients and families, incorporating holistic care principles
that support healing and wellness. Participate actively in quality
assurance initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing
practice standards. Desired Qualifications: Current Registered
Nurse license with authorization to practice in California. Proven
experience in perioperative nursing or operating room settings.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond effectively to
emergency situations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
for collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to
ethical practice consistent with ANA Code of Ethics and scope of
