LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Bakersfield, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Day Shift - 4x10''s. Must have experience with Vinci robot ( General) Mako Robotic knees and Hips, Ortho spine, anterior and posterior. Call - Up to 10 days a month, the schedule is done monthly, days will vary. If they are slow, it will be expected for them to float to the Main campus (2 miles away) to work there. They may be a breaker or expected to run a room. That way their time here is utilized to its fullest, since they are contracted for a full day whether it be 8 or 10 hours. AHBD and AHSB are operated under one license.
