Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 16 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel ICU Interim Nurse Manager / Minimum 5 years ICU experience required (at least 2 years in leadership/management) / Acute Care ICU & CVICU Setting / Oversees ICU operations, staffing, clinical quality, and multidisciplinary coordination; must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, data management, and decision-making skills / Required: Active RN license; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (BSN & CCRN preferred) / Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts; true manager availability required (after-hours calls/emails); 40 hours/week / Duration: 16 weeks / Start: 03/30/2026 / Location: Bakersfield, CA/ Unit: ICU/CVICU/Neuro ICU (24 beds, expandable to 32; ratios 1:1–2) / EMR: Cerner / Notes: No first-time travelers; high-acuity population including CRRT, CABG, TAVR, neuro & stroke care / Pay: Competitive & negotiable based on experience TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID 1063210.
