Registered Nurse (RN) | Nurse Manager Location: Bakersfield, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,597 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 16 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Nurse Shift Manager Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medsurg/Tele Float Pool Duration: 16 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: 3 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS - AHA or APEX Must-Have: Must have been charge RN in last assignment Description: This position is a blend of charge nurse, clinical mentor, and manager responsibilities. The clinician provides on-shift leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care while supporting staff and promoting a positive work environment. They round on patients, address service or safety concerns, and serve as a resource for both clinical and interpersonal issues.
