This role is essential to ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for quality, presentation, and temperature. What You’ll Do Ensure every plate meets Cattlemens’ presentation and recipe standards before it leaves the kitchen. Verify that food is cooked correctly and served at the proper temperature — hot food hot, cold food cold. Set up trays and organize ticket flow to ensure orders are delivered quickly and accurately. Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth, efficient operations. Support a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment. Take pride in helping deliver a four-star experience to every guest. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen. Clear communication and teamwork with cooks, servers, and managers. Prior kitchen or expediting experience preferred, but not required. A passion for great food, hospitality, and doing things the right way.
