  Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator
  
  • 
    
  • Process funding of all payroll including staff bonuses, commissions, new hires, absences, and terminations on a weekly basis
    
  • Ensure compliance of payroll with company's wages and policies, payroll principles, and withholding regulations within different states policies
    
  • Compliance with audit requirements for controls and financial accuracy.
    
  • Prepare audit support and work directly with company's external auditors
    
  • Reconciling payroll accounts
    
  • Processing payroll taxes
    
  • Assisting with HR with onboarding paper work and new hire orientations
    
    
    Qualifications of the Payroll Administrator
    
    • 
      
    • 3+ years of relevant payroll experience
