Junior Recruiter CFS is searching for a Junior Recruiter who
thrives in a fast-paced, team environment. The Junior Recruiter

interviewing skills, while also using your sales skills to develop

Recruiter role:
- Source and recruit accounting and finance candidates for
contract, temporary and temp-to-hire job opportunities through
advertising, internet recruiting, & referrals
- Interview candidates to determine skill sets, goals and
motivations
- Conduct reference checks to qualify temporary candidates
- Discuss specifics of temporary projects and permanent openings
with hiring managers and candidates
- Match qualified candidates with jobs based on position
requirements and skill sets
- Develop relationships with client hiring managers and continue
providing quality temporary staffing services
- Serve as point of contact for contract/temporary employees
- Develop leads for new business If you have considered a career

- Experience in sales, recruiting or staffing-this includes sales
and hiring in retail and hospitality, and recruiting in admissions
(college or trade school)
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience
communicating confidently and effectively with all levels within
organization
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced
environment
