This position will report to the: A Director, Project Management Percentage Travel Required/Frequency: A Up to 10% FLSA Status: A Exempt Remote Worker: Non-eligible Responsibilities What Youall be Responsible For in this Role a Your Contribution & Career Journey The Project Manager leads internal teams/ task forces on enterprise wide projects.A Responsible for planning, executing and managing multiple and/or large projects according to pre-determined timelines and budgets; assigning the project teams; building project plans; reporting status to the client and internal teams; and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle. What Weare Looking For Ability to create a comprehensive project plan which includes outlines the scope and project requirements, acknowledges critical milestones, and identifies resources, systems, and individuals needed to successfully execute the plan. Ability to communicate effectively with clients to identify needs, evaluate alternative business solutions, and make sound recommendations. Ability to effectively facilitate team and client meetings in order to understand the full scope of the project, assign tasks appropriately and ensure the project is progressing according to the project plan. Knowledge of tools and methodologies that will best support the plan at each stage through completion. Ability to delegate tasks and projects to appropriate team members and follow up to ensure timely completion. Ability to provide feedback to team members; uses effective coaching and instruction to ensure individuals are participating and engaging in the project plan. Ability to drive technology project delivery from planning to execution Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bacheloras degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or other related field preferred or equivalent professional experience required. Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred 5 years project management experience including 2+ years of experience managing technology projects Experience working in a healthcare, or other related business environment overseeing multiple projects across all lines of business. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in the development, planning and execution of project plans. Additional Required Qualifications: Experience working in an agile environment Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Strong leadership skills, business acumen, technical audit skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, project management and organizational skills Clear and effective listening and communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills Strong interpersonal and team skills Strong influencing and negotiation skills; demonstrate credibility Able to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff, and Board members; strong executive presence Able to build strong relationships with auditees; relationship management Understanding of organizational interdependencies and cultural nuances Managerial courage; able to constructively challenge senior management in an appropriate fashion Understanding of Finance and Accounting principles in relation to project budgets, purchasing and analysis of financial results Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project & Word Preferred Qualifications: Process improvement and/or experience working with project management tools (Microsoft Project, TCM, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred. Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) Certified ScrumMasterA(r) (CSMA(r)) CompTIA Project+ Knowledge of the architectural system components, business processes and applications to minimize the impact of changes in software, hardware or network. Travel Required: A Travel may be required: 10% during the normal course of business but may be required to travel more frequently during certain events.
