The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the automation of complex systems, leveraging their expert knowledge to promote innovation and efficiency across multiple platforms and projects. Design and develop automation systems to improve efficiency in engineering projects. Lead cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions. Evaluate and refine automation processes, ensuring alignment with project goals and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture project requirements and deliver sustainable and innovative automation solutions. Stay abreast of the latest in automation technology and apply best practices to existing and future projects. Provide technical leadership and expertise in workshops and project meetings. In-depth knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA systems Familiarity with CAD software and engineering design tools Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics software Excellent project management skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) Certified Automation Professional (CAP) is highly desirable
