The Lead, Member Service Representative is responsible for
providing the high-quality customer to our members with process
orders, handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently by
established cash handling policies and procedures. The Lead MSR
role requires flexibility to accept unexpected schedule changes and
must be able to work overtime, weekends, and some holidays as
necessary to meet the business needs. The Lead must also be
resourceful and highly motivated with the ability to lead and
mentor other members of the team effectively.
This position plays a fundamental role in achieving customer
satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Duties and
responsibilities of the Lead MSR include but not limited to
greeting customers, maintaining a clean and tidy lobby area and
keeping deposit reports of cash and credit transactions updated and
accurate. Training MSR agents, answering questions and coordinating
breaks/lunch ensure floor coverage and reducing member wait
How you would contribute:
Greet Members with a smile, deliver high-quality customer
service and create an inviting and pleasant atmosphere for all
Process Member walk-in orders following proper payment handling
procedures at all times to ensure accuracy when handling payments
in the form of cash, personal checks, credit card, money orders,
cashier check, royalty check or travelers check and when balancing
register at the beginning and end of shift.
Maintain a professional and business-like approach to internal and

Responsible for opening a cash box daily, and processing
Recycling Order Forms after three months in the department.
Responsible for the end of day order forms placed in a cabinet.
Reporting issues to the Supervisor for immediate resolutions.

Communicating updates to staff on current Company Events, Flyers,

Assist Supervisor with a schedule for lobby coverage.
Collaborate with Warehouse Leads to maximize warehouse

perform other functions and duties as assigned or necessary to

Responsible for training dept MSRs and other warehouse employees on

4+ years' experience in a customer facing retail or banking
position which handled high volumes of cash totaling over $5k,
various forms of checks, and credit card transactions 2 years'
experience as a Herbalife MSR with a superior track record of
customer service and high-quality transactions In-depth knowledge
of Herbalife Marketing Plan Experience leading projects or
High School diploma
