Joffe Emergency Services is looking to hire a Professional Campus Security Officer in the LA Area. Our ideal candidate will be responsible maintaining and improving the company's posture with client representatives, ensuring the highest quality of customer service is provided throughout all of the delivery systems within Joffe Emergency Services Security Division. Must be flexible to work weekends Monday - Friday (Day Shift) and Swing Shifts available Key Duties and Responsibilities: Emergency Response Computer skills and keyboard familiarity, Must be able to accurately review written reports; i.e. check for errors , account for accurate information (Incident reports) Demonstrated organization and critical thinking skills Effective interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities Good Attendance / Punctual Recognize, observe, and report any and all incidents on site Maintain proper records of all activities on site Ability to arrive for shift on time and in uniform as assigned, and remain for the duration of scheduled shift RequirementsQualifications and Skills Knowledge and proficiency in report writing and communication Experience working in a school or educational campus environment a plus High School Diploma Must possess and maintain a California guard card CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (will train if not certified) Must have a customer service driven mindset Ability to communicate effectively and present information to all levels of internal and external customers BenefitsJoffe Emergency Services is a premier school and event safety provider, with a rapidly growing Campus Safety Division.
