Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
The Sr. HROSC Representative position is responsible for resolving
inquiries from Operations associates on HR processes and programs
independently, collaborating as needed with Compensation, Benefits,
and other HR associates. The Sr. HROSC Representative also conducts
special projects, such as assisting IS with creating a system to
track the call center's calls and emails, administers programs such
as the Panda Associates Fund and Leave-share Programs, and provides
training to less experienced call center associates, monitoring the
quality of services they provide. This position contributes to the
content for training on HR processes and benefit programs. The Sr.
HROSC Representative conducts in-take calls with associates
concerning associate relations issues, documenting the issues for
HR and Workplace Counsel staff to address.

Responsible for resolving inquiries from Operations associates on
HR processes and programs independently within the HR Operations
Service Center, collaborating as needed with Compensation,
Benefits, and other HR associates to respond to calls and emails.
Provides accurate documentation and clear communication in
responding to Operations associates concerning a wide variety of HR
practices and processes, such as benefits, hiring processes, and
employment verification, on a timely and accurate basis.
Contributes to the content for training on HR processes and company
benefits based on repeated questions raised to the call center to
ensure associates are provided with needed information that is
Conducts special projects, such as assisting IS with creating a

specialized programs such as the Panda Associates Fund, Leave-share
and Milestone Awards. Provides training to less experienced call
center associates, monitoring the quality of services provided.
Handles specialized assignments involving unemployment claims,
leaves of absence, state-specific tax forms, and other activities
as required to support Operations.
Conducts in-take calls with associates concerning associate
relations issues, documenting the issues for HR and Workplace
Counsel staff to address.
Solicits input from Operations and other functions on how to
improve HR processes.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum three years of HR call center experience, preferably in
a retail/hospitality operations environment.
- Successful completion of annual store training.
