Job Description:

Job Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Reply to email, telephone calls to suppliers and staff Utilize ERP to assist in placing orders Utilize ERP to monitor inventory levels Assist in inventory cycle count review Track orders and ensure timely delivery Follow up with suppliers, as needed to confirm or change orders Generate sales reports Generate purchase reports and purchase history Monitor purchase reports for any irregularities Maintain computer and manual filling system Other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager Requirements REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Great communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Education And Experience High School Diploma required Previous experience in an administrative role
