An exciting opportunity for a RN
Director Cardiac Critical Care PACU has just become available with
a top medical center in sunny Central California.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing
Officer, the RN Director Cardiac Critical Care PACU will oversee a
growing team of dedicated CVICU Nurses on a 10-bed CVICU that sees
~150 open heart cases each year as well as a busy 5-bed Post
Anesthesia Care Unit. The Nurse Manager Cardiovascular Intensive
Care Unit will be responsible for recruiting, training, and
mentoring the clinical nursing staff.

Cardiac Critical Care PACU will be a mentor to all nursing staff,
improve productivity, and encourage professional growth. Strong
team building skills and a clinical ICU, PACU, or Cardiac
background are especially critical for the RN Director Cardiac
