Provider Support Associate we are looking for:Develop and maintain
positive, long-term relationships with providers, and their staff
in order to support their understanding of the contracts, policies,
and procedures. Communicate with providers and their personnel
through site visits, phone, email, and mail to share information
and monitor compliance with procedures and policies. Provide
training and orientation through meetings and seminars for
contracted providers and their staff. Respond directly to providers
regarding issues or concerns. Entry-level professional within
field. Requires basic skill set and proficiency. Conducts work
assignments as directed. The Provider Success Department is
responsible for all provider/client onboarding, account management,
and success. Other duties include but are not limited to
proprietary software training, support, system troubleshooting,
application processing, and related correspondence with Healthcare
Finance Directs providers. It is a job that calls on you to be
thoughtful, resourceful, team-driven and
customer-focused.Responsibilities Understand providers' unique
integration & configurations with HFD Build rapport with
individuals on the provider side Respond timely to provider's
inquiries and needs Know when to escalate issues to leadership and
when to bring other subject matter experts in Convey provider
feedback on HFD's existing products and future product roadmap Be
their providers' proponent in getting reports and/or features
prioritized to ensure their success Understand metrics and provide
insights for providers Set cadences to provide and review metrics
with providers Problem-solve as needed with HFD team and providers
Write clear documentation for tickets and/or operational changes
Work across the HFD organization effectively Assist with coverage
for Provider Support and Credit functions Participate in proactive
teamefforts to achieve departmental and company goals.Report
periodically to managerdetailing accomplishments, areas for
improvement, clear performance goals,and effectiveness of
systems.Ensure that work is accurate,complete, and delivered in a
timely manner according to Standard OperatingProcedure (SOP)
guidelines.Participate in proactive teamefforts to achieve

goals, andeffectiveness of systems.All other duties as assigned. A
typical week in the Provider Success world is 10% external
discussions with providers, 40% reviewing calls and preparing
materials, communications, and ideas for providers, and 50% working
with internal team to gather updates and execute on ideas. Each
provider will take 5-10 hours of time a week and each Provider
Success associate will be expected.RequirementsThe ideal candidates
