The Accounts Payable Clerk will be required to match and batch code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks.What you get to do every single day- Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents- Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department- Provide internal and external audit assistance as required- Carry out additional projects as required- Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time- Fullfill full-cycle A/P- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling- Provide customer service to internal business partnersFor immediate consideration contact Sydney Morales at 559.715.1496
