This Position will require coordinating daily production needs with Supervisor; inventory management, unloading / loading trailers, including production work. Operator must be willing and able to assist in operating Salad Plant equipment and assist in the training of Equipment Operator I.JOB DUTIES:
    • Monitor and document material flow and instruments to include temperature and pressure gauges, indicators, and meters
    • Set or adjust machine controls to regulate conditions such as material flow, temperature, and pressure
    • Measure or weigh materials to be refined, mixed, transferred, stored, or otherwise processed
    • Unload & prepare ingredients for daily processing
    • Complete changeovers, CIP's, clean and sanitize tools/equipment as directed
    • Perform other duties as assignedWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications:
      • High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
      • Valid California Driver License and clean driving record
      • Must have two to five years' experience as an Equipment operator in a production plantAdditional Required Qualifications:
        • Punctual, with an excellent attendance record
        • Work with minimal or no supervision
        • Communicate effectively in English, both orally and written
        • Apply common sense, understand and carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form
        • Work as a team and follow instructions
        • Must be able to cooperate with others
        • Ability to operate a Blow Molder, Filler, Labeler, and Case Packer
        • Must have a forklift licensePreferred Qualifications:
          • Experience working on a production line in a food/beverage company
          • One-year experience in a production environment Physical Demands:
            • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
            • Stand and walk for extended period of time
