The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily production needs with the supervisors and inventory managers in loading/unloading trailers and production work. The Equipment Operator must be willing and able to assist in operating the plant equipment.* Responsible for monitoring material flow and instruments to include temperature and pressure gauges, indicators, and meters* Setting or adjusting machine controls to regulate conditions such as material flow, temperature, and pressure* Measure or weighing materials to be refined, mixed, transferred, stored, or otherwise processed* Unload and prepare ingredients for daily processing* Responsible for the completion of changeovers, CIP's, cleaning and sanitizing tools/equipment as directed* Will operate a variety of equipment to include: Centrifuge Separator, Evaporator, Ultra-Filtration System, Aseptic Filler, Clean in Place Equipment* Perform other duties as assignedWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMinimum Qualifications:* High school diploma or GED; or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAdditional Required Qualifications:* Must be punctual, with an excellent attendance record* Must be able to communicate effectively in English* Pro-active mindset with the ability to apply common sense and good judgment under minimal supervision* Must be able to work as a team and follow instructionsPreferred Qualifications:* Experience working on a production line in a food/beverage company* One-year experience in a production environmentPhysical Demands:* Environmental exposure to wet and humid conditions* Material exposure- moving mechanical parts* Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals* Must be able to lift/push-pull/carry up to 50 lbs* Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time* Exposure to extreme cold temperatures (34 degrees or below)WHAT WE OFFEROur rich benefits packages are designed to support the health and well-being of both our eligible co-workers and their families.* Medical* Dental* Vision* Group Life and AD&D* Voluntary Life and AD&D* Group Short-Term Disability* Group Long-Term Disability* Flexible Spending Accounts* Employee Assistance Program* 401(k)* Paid Time Off* During the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, we recognize that certain "non-essential worker" personnel may at times store consumer-facing materials (including, but not limited to, EADs, coupons, promotional materials, etc.) offsite from Company locations, such as at associates' homes or in vehicles.
