Job Description:

A company is looking for a Product Expert who will be responsible for providing customers with product information and converting customer interest into product sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product information to help them choose the best equipment to purchase
Convert customer inquiries into product sales orders
Create and manage customer quotes, work tasks, and tickets until completion

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma and/or GED
Minimum five (5) years of experience in Mobility Equipment or Durable Medical Equipment industry
Three (3) years of direct-to-consumer sales
Experience in delivering client-focused, need-based solutions and services
Dedicated, quiet, home workspace with a strong internet connection
