not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Position SummaryAs a Senior
Specialist in Operation and Supply Planning, you will plan weekly
production schedules for the Maricopa location with the aid of St.
Louis Operations Planning Forecast, Economic Quantity model and
custom reports. You will work closely with operational teams such
as plant production and maintenance management to formulate an
optimal weekly production schedule for the Maricopa plant which is
measured by the firm weekly compliance percentage and schedule all
necessary downtime while still maintaining customer service
expectations.Work closely with plant warehousing management team to
effectively manage finished goods inventory levels at Maricopa and
Outside Storage.Oversee the stock order transfers of finished goods
from co-packers and other manufacturing plants and coordinate with
procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and
additives.Generate reports and metrics related to production
schedules, performance, and adherence to support
decision-making.Monitor and track daily load volume to ensure
production is aligned with customer demand to sustain customer
order fulfillment standards.Proactively identify and assist in
resolving any scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, or
bottlenecks that may impact production timelines.Ensure compliance
with relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to
production planning and scheduling.Analyze and interpret
forecasting, production, and inventory data to make decisions that
maximize efficiency and reduces cost.Influence factory leaders to
adopt customer centric approaches to production adherence and take
appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure on-time
delivery.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent3+
years
experience in planning/scheduling in a manufacturing, logistics,
military, or related environmentThe approximate pay range for this
position is $74,000 to $100,000 annually. Please note that the pay
range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the
time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors
including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as
