Our client is currently seeking a Production Manager in
Nevada.This job will have the following responsibilities:? Directly
manages all operations in manufacturing plant? Participates and
leads continuous improvement projects? Upholds plant safety
standards and procedures? Coaches, trains and develops direct
reports? Manages SOPs? Manages departmental budgets? Fills in for
Plant Manager as neededQualifications & Requirements:? Bachelor's
Degree? 5 years of experience managing salaried Supervisors?
Experience managing in a consumer products manufacturing plant? 10
years of manufacturing experience? Formal CI / Lean implementation
